EXTENDING OUR BLESSINGS #TAAL MISSION

He never failed us to experience being MARY even in the last minute of our mission.

I was being Martha for the whole week. Organizing, preparing, analyzing for the whole week for relief operation.
On the day of our execution, repacking, sorting and planning on the site was terribly tiring.
But the Lord never failed us to let us experience His love and mercy to His people and to experience His wonderful message.

On the day of relief operation, our major concern was if the food that we prepared would be enough for the evacuues, volunteer and to us. What we did, before we repacked those food, we prayed over it. We prepared 260+ packed lunch, but the number of infividuals that we need to be served was 250+.
He never failed us to experience His mercy.

We have been distributed the packed lunch for evacuees, volunteers, and families outside the evacuation center. Plus, there was enough food for us as well.

From our original plans it went well beyond our expectation. Food and water was excess and we was able to distribute to other evacuation center.

REALIZATIONS, as being MARY:
• As we contemplate, we remembered the time when Jesus prayed over the fish and bread and food was overflowed from its desire. I was mesmerizrd of how the Lord sent His holy spirit into us.
• I just felt His grace-filled spirit throughout the mission.
• Like His disciples during that time, we are all tired for a 2 days operation. we never complaint but instead a grateful heart

On our way home, God sent us a wonderful message and reflection. A reflection that wrapped our 2 dayd mission. His message was clear and awesome. He let us saw a rainbow. A rainbow that always reminds us that This too shall pass.

REFLECTION, as being MARY

•During Noah's time, after a heavy rain that causes a great flood. Lord God, sent a wonderful message through the sign of a rainbow. And they were reminded of God's reassurance, that He will always with us.

•Rainbow is a sign of His covenant to us, that He will never abandoned nor forsaken us.

These  were a beautiful reminder and reflection for all of us. Putting into His hands our burdens, worries and doubts, and letting His hands carry our own crosses like what He did 2,000 years ago.
