CHARGER
Recently, I attended a bible study held via online. In one of the getting to know activity that the facilitator asked was, what item/s on your right that can describe you right now?
And while listening on their stories and their items that
described them, I continuously looking on my right, and contemplating what
would be the item that is perfectly described my present situation. Then I have
decided to choose a charger.
There are a lot of MEMES circulated in the social media,
about an individual that needs to be charged and the whole message of the MEMEs
implied that their ultimate charger is HIM.
During the time of the activity, my state of wellbeing was depleting
and need to be charged. I need to be refueled, and to be recharged, which best
describe me into a CHARGER. A charger can help a gadget, or machine to go back to
its normal function. A full charged battery can last days, which give joys to
the user and to be able to enjoy it’s use.
In the same way, if we are in the middle of crisis,
frustrations, dryness we want to be recharged. We want to see the joy, and
hope. Sometimes we look for someone’s advice, someone’s comfort, or in some
place. But, even how we desire to look after it, we are still incomplete.
No one can be able to give that kind of feeling to us. No
one can be able to complete us or satisfies us. No one can do it, unless it is
powered by divine intervention. It is Him, only Him, and through Him can
satisfy and charged us in the way that we wanted to be. His silence, and His
warmth presence can be able to refueled and recharged us totally.
Charger is best suited for any gadgets to get back to its
full function, but on individual’s wellbeing, faith to Him is the best suited
to get back to its full function. Just lay down your life to Him, surrender it
and He will give you peace!
Now, after a week of crisis and recharging into His arms, I can
say I am getting there!
May you have a peaceful Monday!
